The one-minute brief
- Hazelwood and Tesson Ferry keep the same hours: Monday to Thursday 9 to 6, Friday 9 to noon.
- O'Fallon runs Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9 to 6. Wednesday and Friday are by appointment.
- All three offices close from 12 to 2 every day for meetings. That is the gap that catches most people.
- The best times to call are 9 to noon and 2 to 6, Monday through Thursday.
- Hours here are as the clinic publishes them on moinjuryclinic.com. Confirm on the call.
That is the brief. The longer read follows for anyone who has the time this morning.
The Daily's three offices page tells you where each office is. This edition tells you when. It sounds like a small thing. It is not. A person with a stiff neck who calls at 12:30 on a Wednesday, gets no answer, and decides to try again "later this week" has just lost a day, and that is how an exam this week turns into an exam next month.
The week, laid flat
| Day | Hazelwood (North County) | Tesson Ferry (South County) | O'Fallon (Lake St. Louis) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monday | 9 to 12, 2 to 6 | 9 to 12, 2 to 6 | 9 to 12, 2 to 6 |
| Tuesday | 9 to 12, 2 to 6 | 9 to 12, 2 to 6 | 9 to 12, 2 to 6 |
| Wednesday | 9 to 12, 2 to 6 | 9 to 12, 2 to 6 | By appointment |
| Thursday | 9 to 12, 2 to 6 | 9 to 12, 2 to 6 | 9 to 12, 2 to 6 |
| Friday | 9 to 12 | 9 to 12 | By appointment |
| Saturday and Sunday | No published hours | No published hours | No published hours |
The table splits each full day at the 12 to 2 closure because that is how the day actually works. The clinic publishes "9:00am to 6:00pm" and, separately, "closed daily 12:00 to 2:00pm for meetings." Read together, a full day is two blocks.
Reading the table by situation
The crash was over the weekend
No office publishes weekend hours. Monday at 9 is the first window at all three. If the weekend brought anything on the emergency list below, the emergency room does not wait for Monday, and neither should you. If it brought a neck that got stiffer on Sunday, write down when it started and call Monday morning. The clinic says on its own site that it reserves same-day appointment times daily for car accident injuries, so the Monday morning call is worth making early.
You work nine to five
Monday through Thursday, every office is open until 6. A 5 o'clock slot is realistic if your office is near one of them. Calling is easiest on a morning break before noon. A lunch-hour call between 12 and 2 will not reach anyone.
You want O'Fallon on a Wednesday or Friday
It is possible, by appointment. That means a call on Monday or Tuesday to set it up, not a walk-in. If Wednesday is your only day, say so on the phone and ask. If the answer is no, Hazelwood and Tesson Ferry both keep regular Wednesday hours.
It is Friday and you just got hurt
Hazelwood and Tesson Ferry are open until noon. After that, nothing is published until Monday. A Friday morning call can sometimes turn into a Friday morning visit. A Friday afternoon call means Monday.
Which office for which part of the metro
This desk points readers to O'Fallon first because it is nearest to the St. Charles County side the Daily writes for: I-70, I-64 over the Missouri River, Highway K. But the right office is the one you can drive to this week. For north county, Florissant and the airport side, Hazelwood at 14 Village Square Shop Ctr is the shorter trip. For south county, Affton, Oakville and Mehlville, Tesson Ferry at 11144 Tesson Ferry Road, Suite 200, is the shorter trip. All three are the same clinic, run by Joseph L. Hollingsworth, DC.

What to say when someone answers
Keep it to four things. It was a car crash. The date it happened. Where it hurts, and whether your head was involved. The earliest time you can get there. If you have a preferred office and it cannot fit you in, ask whether one of the other two can. The Daily's questions page has more on what the call is like.
Start the week with an exam or call O'Fallon at (636) 280-0990. Closed daily 12 to 2.
The hours nobody publishes
Emergencies do not keep office hours, and emergency rooms do. Anything on the list below is an emergency room trip right now, any day, any hour. The table above is for everything else. This edition is educational, not medical advice, and hours can change, so confirm them on the call.
