The one-minute brief
- Three rooms. One in North County, one in South County, one in St. Charles County. Same clinic, same three lanes, same owner: Joseph L. Hollingsworth, DC.
- Every room closes from 12 to 2 each day. Call in the morning or after two.
- Hazelwood and Tesson Ferry: Monday through Thursday 9 to 6, Friday 9 to 12.
- O'Fallon: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9 to 6. Wednesday and Friday by appointment.
- On the phone: say it was a crash, say when, ask for an exam this week.
That is the brief. The cards below have everything on one screen.

Pick the room you can drive to this week
The desk's only rule for choosing a room is practical: which one can you reach without the drive becoming the reason you do not go. A crash patient with a stiff neck does not need a forty-minute merge onto I-270 to prove commitment. The O'Fallon room on West Terra Lane serves St. Charles County and the west side along the I-70 corridor; the O'Fallon commute edition describes who it is the short drive for. Hazelwood, at 14 Village Square Shop Ctr, serves North County. Tesson Ferry, Suite 200 at 11144 Tesson Ferry Road, serves South County.
The midday closure
Every room closes from 12 to 2 each day. The clinic publishes this plainly, and the desk repeats it on every page because it is the single most common reason a first call goes to voicemail. Morning calls, morning appointments, easier week.
What to say on the phone
Three things. It was a crash, if it was. When it happened. You would like an exam this week. If your head has felt off since, say that as well, because the clinic publishes a separate TBI and concussion rehab lane and it helps to know before you arrive. If you are calling for someone else, give their name and a number that reaches them, and tell them what you told the clinic. A handoff they did not hear about is not a handoff.
The first visit edition covers what to bring and what the hour looks like. The dated record edition covers why the findings get written down.
The three lanes, again
Auto injuries, meaning diagnosis and a treatment plan after a crash. TBI and concussion rehab. Sports injuries. Those are the lanes the clinic publishes, and they are the same at all three rooms. If your problem is one of those, you are in the right place. If it is something else, say so on the phone and let them tell you yes or no before you drive.

Three patients, in their own words, reproduced exactly as the clinic publishes them. Byron Coffee: "Great service and wonderful people." Jaymee Golley: "Great service lovely staff!" Stephanie Griffin: "Missouri Injury Clinics is the best place for treatment." The desk does not collect, write, or rank reviews.
